พอดีว่าจะพิจารณาเรื่องอำนาจการสั่งให้แก้ไขข้อบกพร่องตามมาตรา 22(1) ครับ พอดีไม่มีกฎหมายกำหนดว่า มีเงื่อนเวลากำหนดไว้ และไม่มีเรื่องกำหนดว่าจะต้องสั่งให้แก้ไขข้อบกพร่องเป็นจำนวนกี่ครั้ง และอำนาจที่เมื่อสหกรณ์ไม่ดำเนินแก้ไขข้อบกพร่อง ผู้สอบบัญชีต้องแจ้งเรื่องมายัง สตท. เพื่อให้ ผอ.ส่วนภาคดำเนินการแทนนายทะเบียนสหกรณ์ เพื่อแก้ไขข้อบกพร่องตาม ม.22(2)และ(3) อย่างไร ครับ
